Chez Coors was founded by a team of like-minded foodies; husband and wife Chez and Sharon have always liked to eat, drink, imagine, and create great food together. Their hobby quickly led them to open a restaurant, a place where people from all over town can meet to enjoy our special dishes and a comfortable atmosphere.

Husband & wife team Anthony Coore and Sharon Lindo-Coore are no strangers to the business. They first launched Chez Coors ten years ago and are still going strong. Chez Coors serves up a variety of classic Jamaican dishes such as oxtail, curry mutton, callaloo, jerk chicken & escovitch fish.
